摘要
目的:探讨黄芪对主要中分子组分(MM)损伤心肌细胞的保护作用。方法:在培养的乳鼠心肌细胞中,用主要MMS损伤组分(MMSⅡ)加入黄芪共同培养,观测心肌细胞搏动的频率和幅度,并测定LDH释放量、苔盼兰摄取率。结果:黄芪组心肌细胞搏动的频率和幅度、LDH释放量、苔盼兰摄取率不受MMSⅡ影响。结论:黄芪对MMS损伤心肌细胞有明显的保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective role of Astragalus membranaceus on myocardical cells against damages caused by middle molecular substances(MMS). Methods: Both the main damaging element of MMS(MMS Ⅱ ) and astragalus membranaceus were added to cultured myocardical cells. Beating strength and rate of myocardical cells were observed. LDH and Trypan blue exclusion were also measured. Results: Beating strength and rate of myocardical cells, LDH and Trypan blue exclusion of cultured myocardical cells were not affected by MMS Ⅱ in astragalus membranaceus treated group. Conclusion: Astragalus membranaceus can protect myocardical cells from damage by MMSⅡ.
