摘要
成人高等教育的发展是一项系统工程，要做的工作很多。着眼于建主一支稳定的、高素质的专兼职教师队伍是重中之重。为此，要从思想上、机制上、管理上全方位地抓好教师队伍建设。
The development of the higher adult education is a systematic engineering. It is most important to con- struct a stable the and part-time teachers' team with high qualities. The construction of the teachers' team should be improved in the fields of the thought, system and management.
