摘要
本文针对高技术小企业的特点 ,结合工业经济时代和信息经济时代不同环境 ,分析高技术小企业在工业经济时代和信息经济时代不同的竞争态势和生存发展状况 ,探讨高技术小企业在网络时代的成长优势 ,思考信息时代企业组织规模问题 ,为未来企业组织设计提供借鉴。
The author analyses the different competitive situations, surviving and developing standings of hi tech small firms in industrial economy era and informational economy era according to the different features of such firms in different environment of the different era.Then it probes into the developing superiority of hi tech small firms in internet times, puts forward the issue of organizations' scale in information era and may be used as reference for the organization planning for the future firms.
