摘要
思维是管理者重要的才能体现 ,笔者通过对常见思维类型的学习 ,在护理管理实践中不断应用。学习辩证逻辑思维 ,实施正确决策 ;借助创造性思维 ,不断开拓创新 ;应用批判性思维 ,推行整体护理 ;应用数理思维 ,从科学管理到管理科学 ,有力地促进了护理学科的发展 ,使医院护理工作跃上了一个新台阶。
In this paper, the author studied common types of thinking and put them into practice in nursing management. The acquisition of dialectical logical thinking brought into proper decision. The use of creative thinking produced new methods in nursing management. The critical thinking led to the improvement in holistic nursing. The mathematical thinking pushed the development of nursing by forming a science of management from practical scientific management so that the nursing administrations in hospital grow to a higher level.
