心腔内超声及其应用前景

摘要 心腔内超声(Intracardiac Echocaiography ICE)是将微型的换能器安装在心导管的尖端,再经外周血管(动脉或静脉)送至心腔,换能器发射声波,然后将接受到的回波经计算机处理后形成超声图像.由于换能器放置在心腔内,不受空气等因素的干扰,因此图像十分清晰,可以辨别心内的细微结构,临床上主要用于指导心律失常的射频消融治疗.下面就其临床应用和发展前景进行综述.
