摘要
系统地研究了低频轴向振动切削过程,指出由于所加振动的影响,在切削过程中刀刃运动轨迹及切削参数都随时间发生变化。通过理论分析,建立了刀刃运动参数方程,并对切屑形成过程进行了充分的讨论,在此基础上,给出了振动切削时参数选择的原则。
This paper gives a systematic study on cutting process in low frequency axial vibrating cutting. It pointed out that due to the affect of the Vibrating exerted on the tool, the movement locus of cutting edge and parameters of cutting layer periodically change while cutting. Through theoretical analysis, the movement parameters equation of tool edge is established. At the same time the ship forming process is discussed. Based on these, the rules of parameters selecting are given.
