摘要
肺炎链球菌感染是导致细菌性疾病和死亡的主要病因。肺炎链球菌不仅出现对青霉素耐药 ,而且出现对其它抗生素如红霉素及三代头孢菌素等多重耐药 ,这样给临床治疗带来极大的困难 ,从而引起世界的普遍关注。本文对肺炎链球菌耐药机制。
