摘要
综述了国内外块状纳米材料的制备技术进展及存在的问题 ,提出了超短时脉冲电流直接晶化法和深过冷直接晶化法两类潜在的块状金属纳米晶制备技术 ,并对今后的研究及发展前景进行了展望。
Methods of bulk metal nanocrystalline materials preparation are summarized and reviewed. On the basis, two potential technologies:super short false current direct crystallization method and high undercooling direct crystallization method are proposed. The development and application prospects of various methods are estimated. Also, the properties and application of bulk metal nanocrystalline materials are described.
