摘要
本文采用溶胶 (Sol) 凝胶 (Gel) 超临界流体干燥 (SCFD)法合成了莫来石纳米粉体 ,并利用Tween80表面活性剂调控正硅酸乙酯 (TEOS)的水解缩聚反应过程 ,对溶胶胶粒表面进行修饰 ,以获得在一定范围内可控结构和可控粒度的莫来石纳米微粒。结果表明表面修饰和超临界流体干燥能有效地控制纳米粉体的团聚状态 ,所得到的莫来石粒子分散性好 ,不团聚。粒径在 30~5 0nm范围内 。
In this paper, the mullite naopowders were preparde by sol gel and supercritical fluid drying (SCFD) methods. The reaction processes of hydrolysis and polymerization of tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS) were controlled by use of Tween 80 as the surfactant and the surfaces of colloidal sol particles were modifide to obtain the mullite nanoparticles of controllable structure and controllable particle size on certain conditions. The experimental results reveal that surface modification and SCFD can effectively control reunited state of nanopowders. The mullite particles obtained have good dispersivity, no reunion, 30~50nm of the average particle size, high activity.
