摘要
目的：探讨脓肾的保肾治疗。方法： 手术解除导致脓肾的输尿管梗阻，放置输尿管支架管及肾造瘘管，将健侧肾排泌的尿液，经“膀胱→输尿管支架管→患侧肾盂→肾造瘘管”转流至体外，达到对患肾冲洗和引流的目的。结果： 26例脓肾肾功能恢复或部分恢复。结论：自体尿转流术治疗脓肾可保留患肾。
Purpose:To investigate the treatment of pyonephrosis. Method:During the operation, first removal of the obstructions of ureter, then placement of a double J ureter stent and a renal stoma catheter, by which the urine from the normal kidney was conducted to flow out at the direction of 'bladder→stent→pelvis→catheter' to wash and drain the pelvis. Result:Four weeks after the operation 26 cases had the renal functions recovered mostly or partly. Conclusion:Transfered flow of self urine is an effective methods to treat pyonephrosis.
