摘要
反事故演习是保证电网安全稳定运行的重要一环。详细介绍东北电网2000年系统联合反事故演习方案设计的背景及演习目的、演习题目,分析模拟事故前后系统的潮流电压变化情况,指出演习及事故处理的要点,提出方案设计要针对实际系统,要模拟重负荷和严重故障形态的设计思想。
An anti-failure maneuver is very important for power system safety and stability in operation.In this paper,the back-ground,purpose and subject of the associated anti-failure maneuver scheme for Northeast power system in2000are presented in de-tail.The power flow and system voltage before and after the simulation of system failure are analyzed,and the main countermea-sures for dealing with power system failure are pointed out.The paper also gives a design conception that the heavy load and serious fault model is necessary for real network simulation scheme.
