摘要
建立卡托普利片含量测定及其氧化产物二硫化物检测的高效毛细管电泳定量检测方法。采用区带电泳法 ,以水杨酸为内标 ,运行电压 2 5 k V ,缓冲液为 2 5 mm ol/ L硼酸盐缓冲液 (p H=8.5 ) ,检测波长 2 14nm。卡托普利与二硫化物线性范围分别为 5 0~ 2 5 0μg/ ml(r=0 .9994)和 1.5~ 7.5μg/ ml(r=0 .9948)。平均回收率分别为 99.8%和10 3.5 %,RSD分别为 0 .8%和 2 .0 %。
A high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) method for the determination of captopril tablets and its oxidized product disulfide by capillary zone electrophoresis was established. Salicylic acid was used as internal standard with the running buffer of 25 mmol/L sodium borate (pH 8.5), the running voltage was 25 kV, at the detection wavelength of 214 nm. The linear ranges of captopril and its disulfide were 50~250 μg/ml (r=0.9994) and 1.5~7.5 μg/ml (r=0.9948), respectively. The average recoveries were 99.8% (RSD 0.8%) and 103.5% (RSD 2.0%), respectively.
