目的 研究 2种不同诱导方法所致鸡近视眼组织病理改变 ,探索其发病机制。方法 雏鸡单眼遮盖或戴凹透镜 ,3周后验光及 A超测定眼轴长 ,摘出眼球 ,行光镜及电镜检查。结果 透镜诱导眼和形觉剥夺眼产生相似的病理形态及超微结构改变 ,主要表现为后极部巩膜软骨层增厚 ,纤维层变薄。视杆细胞外节延长及视网膜色素上皮细胞胞质内吞噬体减少。结论 鸡眼对
Objectives To study the histopathological changes of myopia induced by two different methods and explore its pathological mechanism. Methods Chickens of 2 day old were weared with monocular -20D lenses or translucent goggles for three weeks. After measurement of refraction and axial length, eyeballs were removed and the eyes were observed by light and electron microscope. Results All experimental eyes showed myopia. The similar histopathological changes in form deprivation myopia(FDM) and lens induced myopia(LIM) were observed. Under light microscope: the posterior cartilaginous sclera was thicker whereas the fibrous sclera of the same section was thinner than the control. Rod outer segment elongated. Under electron microscope: the phagosomes containing fractions of membrane disc of outer segment decreased in the cytoplasm of retinal pigment epithelium cell (RPEC). Conclusion The comparable histopathological changes in FDM and LIM suggest that the response to altered visual experience is similar in both paradigms.
