摘要
为了解山西省农村地区青春期女生月经初潮与形态、性征发育之间的关系,我们对山西省忻州地区农村9岁～17岁已发生和未发生月经初潮1039名女生的形态发育及性征指数进行了单因素分析。结果表明:乳房来潮组与未潮组、阴毛来潮组与未潮组及腋毛来潮组与未潮组相比,来潮组的发育程度均显著高于未潮组(P<0.005);同年龄组月经来潮者,在身高、体重、坐高方面的发育水平均显著高于月经未来潮者(P<0.001)。
Menarche is an index of physical development and maturity in girls.In order to know the median age at menarche of girls in Xinzhou areas,Shanxi province,and the relationships between menarche and secondary sex characteristics,and physical development levels,we conduct this investigation.The aim is to provide some scientific evidences for the health work of puberal phase of girls in the rural arease.
