摘要
近年来我国教育投入连年增加,但增长缓慢;多渠道筹资的市场化格局虽然已经形成,但教育投入的阶段分布不太合理,地区间的差异较大。为改进上述状况,中国教育投入政策应采取的措施是转变教育观念、保证教育经费的“三个增长”,鼓励社会投资,设立统一的教育基金、提高经费使用效益等,只有这样,才能确保我国教育投入持续稳定地增长和较为合理的分布。
Education input in China has been increasing every year,but with a slow sp eed.Although the market structure of multichannel ed ucation investment has been establi shed,the distribution of education input is not only unreasonable among different e ducation stages but also lopsided to the developed regions.In order to im prove this situation China' s education input policy should take the following measures:change the a ttitude to education,ensurethree increasesof education input,encourage socia l and private investment,set up Chin a Education Fund,increase the efficiency of applying education fund,etc.Only in this way can we guarantee the continuous and s table increase and reasonable distribution of education input.
