摘要
目的 研究咽热清合剂的质量控制方法。方法 用TLC鉴别山豆根、麦冬、桔梗和对乙酰氨基酚 ,用TLC -UV法测定对乙酰氨基酚的含量。结果 TLC分离效果好 ,色谱特征明显 ;对乙酰氨基酚含量测定线性范围为 2～ 15 μ犂·ml-1,平均回收率 98.2 % ,RSD =1.6 3%。结论 所拟方法可有效地控制咽热清合剂的质量。采用该药治疗 95例患者 ,疗效满意。
OBJECTIVE To study the quality control methods of Yan Reqing mixture.METHODS TLC was used for identification of Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis,Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Platycodonis and Paracetamol. TLC-UV was used for determination of Paracetamol.RESULTS The identified characteristics of chromatography were distinct and the spots were clear. For Paracetamol, the determining method was linear with the range of 2-15 μg·ml -1 ,the average recovery was 98.2% and RSD was 1.63%.CONCLUSION These methods were capable of effectively controlling the quality of Yan Reqing mixture.
