摘要
采用带裙座整体封头可以提高压力容器的安全性 ,但是其制造难度也很高。本文采用ANSYS软件模拟了带裙座封头的成形过程 ,分析了坯料形状和模具尺寸对成形过程的影响。根据数值模拟结果优化设计的坯料形状和成形工艺 。
Pressure vessel heads with skirt can improve the safety of pressure vessels, but the manufacture of the heads is difficult. A special-purpose code, based on the commercial FEM software ANSYS, was developed. The forming process of heads with skirt and the influences of the billet shape and mould dimensions on the head forming process were analyzed. Based on the numerical simulation results, optimized billet shapes and forming processes were suggested. The processes proposed were successfully applied to the production.
