摘要
主流观点认为M&A不利于中小银行发展 ,甚至会使后者消失。但以美国银行业M&A对中小银行的影响分析指出 ,M&A与中小银行发展呈现正相关关系 ;中小银行———社区关系的理论分析则进一步说明小中银行存在与发展的必然性 ,为中国中小银行发展前景研究提供了新的观察角度。
Opposite to the idea that M & A is not good to,and even stops,the development of mid & small sized banks,an analysis made in USA indicates a positive correlativity between them.A theory on the relation between this sort of banks and the community further shows that the existence of those banks certainly leads to their development.
