摘要
目的 探讨先天性巨结肠根治术并发症的预防及处理方法。方法 采用改良Duhamel’s根治术治疗4 8例先天性巨结肠患儿。结果 近远期并发症发生率低 ,分别为 10 %及 2 0 %。结论 改良Duhamel’s根治术是治疗先天性巨结肠的一种较好的术式。
Objective To explore the methods of prevention and treatment of the pistoperative complications in congenital megacolon.Methods To treat the 48 cases congenital megacolon with modifiued Duhamel's operation.Results lower immediate and long term mortality rate of complications,and trspectwly,10%and 20%.Conclusions modified Duhamel's operation is a better operaton with treatment of congenital megacolan,.
