摘要
目的 :研究经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术 (PTCA)对急性心肌梗死 (AMI)患者短期内心功能的影响。方法 :以CF -II型心血管功能检诊仪对 2 4例AMI患者进行动态监测 ,术前 1日及术后第 1、2、3、5、7日检测血流动力学各参数。结果 :患者的血流动力学参数在PTCA术后第 1、2、3日较术前明显恶化 ,术后第 7日参数已恢复甚至优于术前水平。患者术后 1周内的心功能动态演变呈“U”型趋势曲线。结论 :AMI患者在PTCA术后可出现短暂而可逆的心功能障碍 ,尤其在术后 3日内心功能下降最明显。因此 ,加强和维护患者术后的心功能仍应是此期医疗和护理的重点。
Objective:To study the effect of PTCA on short-term cardiac function of AMI patients. Methods:24 patients with AMI were monitored dynamically by using CF-II type cardiovascular function monitor and diagnostic equipment during one week after PTCA . Results:Hemodynamic parameters decreased significantly in three days, and gradually improved one week after PTCA. There was no signficant difference in cardiac function between the 7th day postoperation and preoperation.The changes of cardiac function showed a “U” trend in the AMI patients during the first week of PTCA therapy. Conclusion:It is medical emphasis to sustain and improve cardiac function in AMI patients during the first week of PTCA therapy .
