Growth factors involve in the injury and repair of gastrointestinal tract by regulating cell apoptosis

摘要各种创伤引起肠道发生不同程度的炎症反应,生长因子在肠道的损伤和修复中起了重要的作用.凋亡是胃肠道细胞重要的死亡形式,EGF?FGF?TGF等多种生长因子可以从不同的途径(包括对肠道干细胞增生与凋亡的调控)促进或抑制凋亡的发生及进程,从而影响内脏修复的过程.随着对生长因子与肠道凋亡及修复研究的深入,有望将生长因子应用于临床治疗,从分子与基因水平上调控内脏的修复.
