摘要
目的 : 探讨烧伤创面在湿润暴露疗法 (MEBT)及湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)治疗中的变化特点 ,总结观察护理要点。方法 :按烧伤湿性医疗技术规范要求 ,对 115例烧伤创面进行观察护理。结果 :不同创面治疗过程中均有其演变规律 ,护理观察不尽相同 ,应据情调整 ;所有病人愈合出院 ,效果满意。结论 :只有掌握烧伤创面在MEBT/MEBO治疗中的变化规律和各期护理特点 ,才能有的放矢地采取有效护理措施 。
Objective: Objective: To sum-up nursing experience in the treatment of burn wounds with MEBT. Method:According to the technical requirements of MEBT, nursing of 115 cases of burn was carried out. Results:Different wounds needed to have different nursing. All the patients were satisfied with the nursing work and were cured. Conclusion:It is necessary to grasp the regularity of the changes in burn wounds at different treating stages, and to take different nursing measures, so that the nursing can promote wound healing.
