摘要
为了提供准确、高效和自动化的能源采集与统计分析系统 ,本研究采用了组态软件实现能源计量点数据采集与处理。针对能源点数据采集与处理的特点 ,系统开发了数据采集程序和利用组态软件的数据处理程序。整个系统主要由两大部分构成 :电能数据采集系统和数据处理系统。分析了各个部分的功能和特点。该系统已成功应用于武钢轧板厂能源管理系统。实践证明该系统为实现能源管理自动化、决策科学化提供了重要的技术手段。
For providing a exact high efficiency and automatic energy acquisition and managing system, the present paper proposed a new method of energy acquisition and managing system based on configuration software. Two programs (a program of data acquisition and a managing subsystem based on configuration software) have been developed in the system. It corresponded to the characters of data acquisition and management. The whole system was made up of two subsystems, energy acquisition system and data managing system. The functions and characteristics of every subsystem were analyzed in this paper. This system has been successfully applied in Wuhan Steel and Iron Ltd, which proved the method to be highly effective.
