摘要
针对水资源短缺的问题 ,深入剖析了水资源可持续开发利用的内涵、原则、水资源可持续开发利用中的主要平衡关系以及可持续开发利用的度量问题 ,提出了水资源可持续开发利用的模式和措施 ,并以关中地区为例 。
In view of the shortage of water resources,the connotation of the sustainable utilization and exploitation of water resources is analyzed in detail,as well as the sustainable utilization and exploitation principles,the balance relation and problems of the measurement in the sustainable exploitation and utilization of water resources.And models and measures of the sustainable utilization of water resources are also put forward. The measure in the sustainable utilization and exploitation of water resources of Guangzhong region,taken as an example,is given.
