摘要
人工髋关节晚期失败的主要原因是高分子聚乙烯磨损颗粒引起的骨溶解导致假体松动。由于认识到了上述问题,同时由于20世纪80年代末第二代金属与金属相(MOM)假体的推出,使人们的兴趣又转移到了MOM假体上来。其磨损率明显降低,是普通人工关节的1/100。临床前实验及临床资料显示第二代MOM假体的磨损率非常低,令人满意。另外目前尚无材料可以证明MOM假体有钴或铬毒性和致癌性,但需要长期随访。通过人们不断对MOM假体的改进MOM势必成为具有划时代意义的人工假体。
