摘要
用溶液培养方法研究不同水平硼与小麦体内磷的积累关系。结果表明 ,在小麦生长发育过程中 ,无硼处理始终影响磷的积累 ,仅有 2 .6 47× 10 -2 g/株 ,施硼处理 ,随着硼施用量的增加 ,磷的积累量呈下降趋势 ,B0 .3 ,B1和 B10 处理磷的积累量分别为 3.96 8× 10 -2 ,3.0 87× 10 -2 ,2 .85 9×10 -2 g/株 ,磷积累量随供硼水平提高而下降 ,表明硼不足反而促进磷的积累。
The cxperment was conducted with solution culture to study the relationship between boron and phosphorus accmulation in spring wheat.In the treatment B 0,the phosphorus accumulation rates were influenced negatively throughout the life cycle,only 2.647×10 -2 g/plant.The phosphorus accumulation rates of wheat with boron applied(B 0.3 ,B 1,B 10 )were decreased as the application rate of boron increased,3.968×10 -2 ,3.087×10 -2 and 2.859×10 -2 g/plant respectively.Boron deficiency not onl had no effect on phosphorus accumulation of wheat but also help improve it.
