摘要
日益加剧的淡水资源短缺与地下水的大肆开发 ,水资源的严重污染 ,正在成为全球经济发展与人类生存面临的严重威胁 ;同时也导致了以水的环境治理和开发新淡水资源的水工业得到了发展 ,并使水业正在成为“2 1世纪最好的投资领域”。
The increasing intense freshwater shortage,the over-exploitation of groundwater and the serious pollution of water resources are becoming a great threat to the development of world economy and the existence of human beings.To cope with the threat,the control of water environment and the development of new freshwater resources quickly flourished and hence the water industry is growing to be 'the best field to invest in the 21st century'.
