摘要
提出了利血生的间接原子吸收法分析方法。该法基于利血生在碱性介质中的分解-产物半胱氨酸在适当的 pH条件下与铜离子生成灰色沉淀,通过测定上清液中铜的含量来间接测定利血生的含量。本法在 10~100mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9992),回收率为98.5%~101.6%。该法可成功地用于药物制剂中利血生的测定。
An indirect atomic absorption spectroscopic method (AAS) was proposed for the determination of leucogen in pharmaceutical preparations. The method is based on the reaction of cysteine produced by hydrolytic cleavage of leucogen with Cu2+ in alkaline medium, the amount of leucogen can be determined by measuring the amount of Cu2+ in the supernatant solution with AAS. The linear range was 10similar to100 mg/L, the recovery was 98.5%similar to101.6%. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of leucogen in preparation.
