摘要
攀钢炼铁厂利用高炉更换大、小钟机会详细分析了装料设备使用寿命短的问题 ,并循序渐进地、有重点地分别加以改造 ,再进一步对大钟及大钟斗进行改进 ,以提高装料设备使用寿命 。
Seizing the opportunity of replacing the big and small bells in the Ironmaking Plant, Panzhihua Iron & Steel Corp. analyzed in detail the problems on the service life of the charging mechanism and revamped in a planned way and step by step different parts of the mechanism, particularly the big bell and hopper to extend the service life of the charging mechanism, thus laying up a foundation for smooth operation of the blast furnaces.
