摘要
介绍了 1 5 5 0mm冷轧单元连续退火机组 (CAL)辊冷 (RQ)段冷却数学模型 ,根据数学模型采用有限差分法对RQ出口板温进行实时控制。分析了生产中常见的板温控制问题 ,就水冷辊位置控制、辊冷段张力、对侧喷吹冷却、后喷吹冷却、机组速度等方面提出相应的一些板温控制。
A brief introduction to the cooling mathematical model for 1550mm roll quench segment (RQS) in continuous annealing line(CAL) at Baosteel is made.Based on the model,real time control on strip temperature after RQ is actuated by finite different method.The normal troubles of stripe temperature control during production are analyzed.The relative countermeasures on the control of stripe temperature and improvement of stripe profile are put forward in terms of the position of water cooled roll,tension of stripe in RQS,back side gas jet cooling,post gas jet cooling,speed of line,etc.
