摘要
本文根据结构化分析与设计方法和面向对象分析与设计方法的基本原理，结合组织重组的各项内容，通过一些例子说明了信息系统重组的分析原理和过程。
According to the theory of structural analysis and design method(SADM) and object oriented method (OOM), the process of reorganization of a information system accompany the reorganization of a business is analysised. Some of example is taken.
