摘要 甜玉米主要是由普通玉米胚乳基因隐性突变引起的。甜玉米又分为普通甜玉米和超甜玉米。普通甜玉米受单隐性su基因控制 ,这类甜玉米不耐贮存 ,主要用来加工各种类型的甜玉米罐头 ;超甜玉米是由隐性基因sh2控制的 ,其甜度增加 ,贮存期相对延长 ,主要作为青玉米上市和加工速冻玉米。甜玉米栽培应与其它类型玉米隔离种植 ,并且要适时采收 。 Sweet maize is mainly caused by conceal mutation of common maize endosperm gene. Sweet maize includes common sweet maize and super sweet maize. Common sweet is controlled by singleconceal gene su, it can't be stored up a long time, mainly used for making all kinds of sweet maize cans. Super sweet maize is controlled by conceal gene sh2, its degree of sweet increases, it can be stored up longer than common sweet maize, mainly used for on sales in season and making quick frozen maize. Sweet maize should be sowed apart from other types of maize. And it should be harvested, processed or sold in time.
