摘要
1998~ 1999年 ,将云南省不同类型马铃薯主要种植区内 12个马铃薯产区分离的大量晚疫病菌菌株与A1和A2交配型标准菌株进行了交配型测定。结果表明 :2 5 3个晚疫病菌株中 ,A1交配型有 2 0 4株 ,仍为优势侵染病原 ,分布于所有马铃薯产区 ;A2交配型菌株 4 1株 ,发生频率为 16 2 %,除昭通、沾益、嵩明、寻甸和大理外 ,其余 7个产区均有分布。 8个自育型菌株被检测到 ,对其形态特征及有性结构分别进行了描述。本文还讨论了A2交配型的扩散对云南省马铃薯生产造成的潜在威胁 ,并据此提出了对种薯调运的一些建议。
isolates of Phytophthora infestans collected from twelve major potato production regions from 1998 to 1999 were inspected of their mating types with A1 and A2 standard strains in order to study their distribution and occurrence frequency. The results indicated that out of 253 isolates forty-one samples were found to be A2 mating type,possessing obout 16.2 percent of all isolates. Although the A1 mating type isolates are the predominant pathogen,the A2 mating type ones spread out in all potato production districts except Zhaotong,Zhanyi,Shongming,Xundian and Dali.Eight self-fertile isolates were detected on Lima-V8 Juice agar and their morphological features and sexual organs were described respectively.Since both mating types are present in Yunnan,potential threat to potato was discussed and some suggesitons on how to transfer seed potatoes were also proposed based on the results.
