摘要
本文采用HPLC 法对连续投予不同剂量的喹乙醇在滨白鸡蛋中的残留量及其规律进行了研究。结果表明:(1)连续给药70ppm.7天,从第四次投药起,蛋中喹乙醇的残留规律出现异常;第七次投药后,鸡开始死亡。(2)连续投予添加剂量30ppm.7天,治疗剂量50ppm 及70ppm.各3天时,其蛋中喹乙醇的残留低(最大29.59μg/个),残留期限短(停药48h 后蛋中残留消失),符合公共卫生的要求。(3)通过对喹乙醇向蛋中移行规律的研究及两种常用的烹调方式(蒸煮、油炒),我们可以调控或降低蛋中喹乙醇的含量。(4)根据本实验结果和文献资料,可自行调控人一生中每天允许摄入的含喹乙醇鸡蛋的量。(5)喹乙醇在蛋中的残留规律:蛋中的残留随着给药剂量的加大而增加;连续给药3天,蛋中残留随着给药次数的增加而增加,连续给药4天以上,则从第四次给药起,蛋中残留随着给药次数的增加而减少。
The results were as follows:(1)Olaquindox was administrated at 70ppm for successive seven days,the residue in eggs of Binbai laying hen was unusual from the fourth administra-tion and the hen began to die after seventh time.(2)When Olaquindox of additive dosageat 30ppm for seven days and the therapeutic dosage at 50ppm,70ppm for three daysrespectively were administrated,the residue in eggs was low (maximum 29.59μg/egg) andthe residual duration in eggs was short (after 48hr of ceasing administration,Olaquindoxdisappeared in eggs),which coincided with the demand in the public health.(3)The amountof Olaquindox in eggs could be controlled and decreased by the two common cooking ways(steaming,frying) and other ways developed on the basis of studying the moving law ofOlaquindox to eggs.(4)According to the experimental results and other reports,the num-ber of eggs containing Olaquindox eaten by a person each day over his life could be con-trolled.(5)The residue amount in eggs increased as the administrate dosage increased:when Olaquindox was administrated for successive three days,the residue amount in eggsincreased as the administrated times increased;when it was administrated over four days,the residue amount in eggs decreased as the administrated times increased after the fourthadministration.
