摘要
1991~ 1993年水位变化对哈蟆通水库浮游植物初级生产力及能量转化效率和多样性影响的研究结果表明 :1)浮游植物现存量随水位下降而升高 ;2 )浮游植物初级生产力与水位的变化有明显的相关性 ;3)能量转化效率随水位的下降而降低 ,天然饵料资源未得到充分利用 ;4 )浮游植物多样性指数随水位降低而变小 ,呈明显的相关性 (r =0 .92 5 )。
Hamatong Reservoir is located in Heilongjiang Province, E130°53′, N46°20′, with water area 505 km 2 and water depth 5.0 m. An investigation was made during 1991 to 1993 on its phytoplankton biomass and the results show that:(1) The number of phytoplankton increases with the lowering of water level. (2) The primary production of phytoplankton notedly relates to the level of water.(3) The rate of energy transformation decreases with the decrease of water level.It showes the natural food resource is not in the best use. (4) The diversity index of phytoplankton decreases with the decline of water level, and has significant (r=0.925) correlation with the change of water level.
