摘要
在氢氧化钠和相转移催化剂四丁基溴化铵存在下 ,取代苯并咪唑苯氧乙酸与四个溴代乙酰糖 (葡萄糖、半乳糖、乳糖、木糖 )反应 ,合成了 12个未见文献报道的新化合物——取代苯并咪唑苯氧乙酸糖酯 ,经 IR、MS、1 H NMR确认了这些新糖酯的结构和构型 .其中几个化合物具有一定的抗烟草花叶病毒 (TMV)的活性 .
new compounds were synthesized by the phase transfer catalytic reaction of O-acetylglucopyranosyl bromide,O-acetylgalactopyranosyl bromide,O-acetyllactopyranosyl bromide and O-acetylxylopyranosyl bromide with substituted benzimidazolophenoxyacetic acid in the presence of sodium hydroxide and Bu 4NBr, their structure were confirmed by IR? 1HNMR?MS.According to the chemical shift of C 1 proton H 1NMR of pyranose and coupling constant of H 1-H 2,the title compounds are all β-configuration. Some esters have certain antiviral activity against tobacco mosaie virus.
