摘要
考虑到垃圾作为燃料具有水分高、热值不稳定等特点 ,给出了层燃和流化床燃烧方式垃圾焚烧炉的炉内传热计算。将层燃炉炉膛分为燃烧室和燃尽室 ,分别给出了燃烧室和燃尽室辐射换热的计算方法 ,对高水分烟气的对流换热计算及黑度计算推荐了修正方法。循环流化床锅炉炉膛内分为密相区和稀相区 ,针对各区受热面布置特点 ,总结了相应计算方法。该方法已经应用于垃圾处理能力为 15 0 t/ d循环流化床垃圾焚烧炉以及 5 0 ,10 0 ,30 0 ,80 0 kg/ h的系列层燃垃圾焚烧炉的工程设计中。
The incineration technology is widely applied to control solid waste pollution recently. In order to design the appropriate incineration boiler, the research on heat transfer of boiler was conducted. This paper gives the heat transfer in layer combustion incinerator and circulating fluidized bed incinerator for MSW (municipal solid waste). The radiative heat transfer in combustion chamber and burn out chamber of layer combustion incinerator are presented respectively. A modified correlation for convective heat transfer with high moisture is recommended. The heat transfer coefficients for dense and dilute phase zone in circulating fluidized bed incinerator is summarized. The principle presented has been applied to engineering design for circulating fluidized bed incinerator of 150 t/d MSW capacity and a series of layer combustion incinerators of 50, 100, 300, 800 kg/h MSW capacities.
