摘要
共轭亚油酸 (CL A)是亚油酸衍生的共轭二烯酸的所有异构体的总称 ,它具有许多重要生理功能 ,如抗癌作用、抗粥状动脉硬化、参与脂肪分解、调节新陈代谢等 .本实验采用恒温烘箱法对碱催化共轭、非碱催化共轭两种方法合成的 CL A产品进行了氧化稳定性检测 ,结果表明 CL A产品的氧化稳定性比其原料红花油要好得多 ,加入0 .0 2 %
Conjugated linoleic acids (CLA), a group of conjugated dienoic derivatives of linoleic acid, have several important physiological functions, such as anti carcinogenic and anti atherogenic properties, reducing body fat, etc. CLA can be synthesized by heating safflower oil in the presence of alkali or other kinds of catalysts. This experiment investigated the oxidation stability of CLA using the Schaal oven method. The results show that CLA are much more stable than their raw material, safflower oil, and 0.02% TBHQ furthermore can improve their oxidation stability.
