小鱼仙草和石荠苧的鉴别研究 被引量:2

摘要 对小鱼仙草和石荠艹宁 的茎叶组织结构特征、种子、花粉的形态特征进行对比观察研究 .结果表明 :其种子纹饰、叶表皮特征、茎叶组织结构特征等是两种植物鉴别的重要依据 .对相同产地同一生境条件下两种植物全草挥发油的化学成分进行对比分析研究 ,两种植物挥发油均含有的相同成分有 :香荆芥酚、百里香酚、β-石竹烯、檀香烯、艹律 草烯、甲基丁香油酚、异胡薄荷酮等 2 3种成分 .相同的成分分别占小鱼仙草和石荠艹宁 总精油的 83.2 6 %和 72 .78% .近 1 8%的化学成分是不同的 ,即使是相同的成分 ,其含量也存在比较明显差异 . The article dealt with the morphology characters, which include: the tissue structures of the stem and the leaf, seeds and pollen morphology characters between Mosla dianthera Maxim and Mosla punctulata.J.F.through systemly comparative observation, The result showed that the tissue structure characters in the stems and leaves, the surface characteristics of leaves and ornamentation characters of seed surface were the important indexes of identification between these two species. And analysising studies of their chemical composition of the essential oil from the plants which were growing in the same growth area and growth environment showed that there were some differences among the chemical composition of the essential oil. The similar constituents were twenty three kinds:carvacrol,thymol , β-caryophyllene, santalene, humulene, methyl eugenol,isopulegone etc ,the similar constituents make up to 83.26% and 72.78% of the total essential oil of these two kinds of plants respectively. The dissimilar constituents reached nearly 18% of the total essential oil ,and there were some differences in the content of the similar constituents . The differences of chemical constituent in the essential oil between these two kinds species is an important identification index too.
