摘要 近年来研究表明植物中也存在着肽类信号分子 ,类似于动物的肽激素。目前可分成三类 :即EN OD4 0、植物硫动蛋白 (phytosulfokine)和系统素。ENOD4 0影响着细胞分裂 ,可能是参与控制了细胞对生长素的反应所致。植物硫动蛋白最初从芦笋叶肉细胞培养物中分离 ,是一种减数分裂诱导因子 ,为细胞增殖必需 ,但具体机制还不清楚。系统素的研究较为深入 。 There is compelling evidence for the existence of oligopeptide signaling in plants,which are very similar to that of animals.They are divided three classes;systemin,phytosulfokine,ENOD40,ENOD40can affect cell division by modulating plant cells' response to auxin.Phytosulfokines as mitogenic factors were first isolated from asparagus mesophyll cell cultures.They are necessary for cell prolifertion whose molecular mechanism is still unknown.Researches of systemins are more deeply with a model and process of wounding signal transduction stimulating by them are suggested.
