摘要
新时期高校共青团工作面临着重大的机遇与挑战。一方面 ,素质教育使新时期高校共青团工作在内涵上更加丰富、在外延上充分扩展 ;另一方面 ,高校改革发展的新形势使高校共青团建设出现了一些新问题 ,亟需探索和解决 ;同时 ,“三个代表”对新时期高校共青团工作也提出了新的要求。我们必须以“三个代表”重要思想为指导 ,按照“三个代表”的要求 ,切实加强新时期高校共青团思想建设、组织建设、作风建设。
The new-period work of the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities are faced with significant opportunities and challenges. On one hand, the quality education enriches the connotation as well as extends the denotation of the new-period work of the Communist Youth League. On the other hand, the new development of higher education reforms has brought about new problems to be studied and solved for the construction of the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities. Meanwhile, the Three Represents sets even higher demand on the work of the Communist Youth League. Under the guidance of and in line with the demands of the Three Represents, the new-period innovative work of the Communist Youth League must be carried out through strengthening the ideological building, organizational building and working-style building of the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities.
