Library in the colleges has its peculiar features.It is characterized by the complexity of spreading forms,the multiple contents and diversified levels of readers,which makes the college culture interact and become socialized.This paper deals with the cultural transmission features of a college library,and puts forward the development strategies including strengthening the staff's sense of culture spreading,establishing a dynamic culture mechanism and offering all-round services.
