新的市场经济形势给高校的物资工作带来了新的机遇与新的问题。在整个物资供应与管理工作的长链中,如何通过约束和监督机制,来保证投资方的效益,是一个值得研究和探讨的问题。
Under the situation of market economy management of materialsupply in colleges and universities are encountering new opportunities and problems.In the long chain of material supply and management,how investment efficiency can be guaranteed by way of discipline and supervision is a problem which is worth investigating and exploring.
