摘要
本文研究了熔融高速纺冷却成形条件对四种异形POY(三角、丫、五叶和八叶形)的结构和性能的影响,并对假捻变形后的DTY性能进行了比较。随着吹风速度增大,POY的异形度和取向度变大,断裂强、伸度降低。风速适中时,可以得到U%值低,沸水收缩率大的POY。经假捻变形后,异形度高的POY(丫、五叶形)的横截面形状扭曲较大,断裂强、伸度下降,卷曲弹性较差。异形度氏的POY(三角,八叶形)可以得到性能良好的DTY。
The effect of cross air velocity on the structure and properties of Polyester POY(partially oriented yarn) with four different shapes (Y, triangle, penta and oc ta-lobal)under high speed melt spinning has been investigated. The properties of the DTY (draw texured yarn) obtained from aforementioned shaped POY through false twisting have also been studied.With increasing cross air velocity, the degree of heteromorphism and orientation of POY incrcase, but breaking tenacity and elongation decrease somewhat. At proper cross air velocity, lower Uster value and higher shrinkage in boiling water of shaped POY can be obtained. The cross sections of DTY from high degree shaped POY (Y, pentalobal) became highly distorted due to false twist treatment. The breaking elongation, tenacity, and crimp elastic properties of these DTY were decreased. On the other hand, the DTY from lower degree shaped POY (triangle, octalobal) had good mechanical and crimp properties.
