为了满足国内浓硝酸生产企业的用材需求,浙江久立集团湖州久立不锈钢管有限公司与北京科冶钢材有限责任公司共同研制出浓硝酸用KY704高硅奥氏体不锈钢无缝管。详细介绍了KY704钢管主要生产工艺的选择、试制开发过程、主要工艺特点与技术攻关以及实测结果。
To meet the demand for steel products by the domestic concentrated nitric acid producers, the seamless tube of KY704 hi-silica austenitic stainless steel for nitric acid service has been jointly developed by Huzhou Jiuli Stainless Steel Tube Co., Ltd., Zejiang Jiuli Corp. and Beijing Keye Steel Products Co., Ltd. Detailed in the paper are such aspects concerning the said product as selection of the key manufacturing processes, the R & D course, main technological characteristics, solution of crucial technical issues as well as actual test and measurement data.
