摘要
为了有效地控制单斗液压挖掘机在工作过程中的能量损失,减少液压系统的发热,改善工作性能,特设计了一种单斗液压挖掘机分工况节能控制系统。该控制系统采用负荷传感,由微机判断挖掘机的工作状态,并据此控制发动机而达到节能的目的。该系统具有分工况控制、短期超载控制、自动怠速控制、溢流控制等功能。
The paper introduces an energysaving control system, which is designed to reduce energy loss and overheating in hydraulic system and to improve the operating property of the hydraulic excavator. According to the load, the control system can automatically regulate the engine to save the energy. This system has many functions such as distinguishing task control, shorttime overloading control, and automatic idlespeed switch and overflow control.
