摘要
提出了一种用于板料成形模拟的全四边形网格单元生成的法线法 ,该方法是基于四叉树法基础上 ,既保持了用四叉树法生成的网格中间单元形状较好和对任意边界适应性强的优点 ,同时又克服了边界单元质量不好的缺点 ,该方法可以生成全四边形单元 ,已用于板料成形模拟初始毛料的网格划分 ,而且网格质量较好 ,速度比其它方法都快。
In this paper,a new quadrilateral mesh generation approach in sheet form simulation is presented,which based on quatree method.It not only preserves the advantages of good middle element and excellent adaptability of quatree method,but also overcomes the weakness of poor boundary element.It can generate arbitrary polygon regions with all quadrialateral,good quality element in high speed and has been used in the blank mesh of sheet forming simulation.The basic steps and the performance of the method are described in this paper.
