摘要
目的 探讨原发性腹膜后脂肪肉瘤复发的机理及预后。方法 复习原发性腹膜后脂肪肉瘤临床资料及文献 ,总结伴有亚型转化的原发性腹膜后脂肪肉瘤患者的生存时间及复发率。结果 伴有亚型转化的患者平均复发次数高于非亚型转化患者 ,但生存时间较长。
Objective To study the recurrent mechanism and prognosis of primary retroperitoneal liposarcoma.Methods To review 11 cases of primary retroperitoneal liposarcoma and analyzing them combined with references.Results The recurrence rate of the patients with subtype transformation is higher than that of no subtype transformation.Conclusions The subtype transformation of the patients who is suffered from primary retroperitoneal liposarcoma is one of the recurrent mechanism.
