摘要
目的 探讨和评价亚急性脊髓联合变性 ( SCD)的临床特征及相关辅助检查的诊断价值。方法 回顾分析 1 2例 SCD患者的临床资料。结果 本组患者多种病因 ,肢体感觉异常和深感觉减退是 SCD最常见症状和体征 ,大部分伴有周围神经损害及植物神经损害。结论 电生理检查对 SCD的诊断有重要作用 ,体感诱发电位有很高的敏感性 。
Objective To investigate and evaluate the clinical character of subacute combined degeneration and the diagnostic values of concerned examinations.Methods A retrospective analysis of 12 cases of subacute combined degeneration was presented.Results The results showed that there were many causes for subacute combined degeneration.Parasthesias of the limbs and diminished vibration and position sensations were the most common symptoms and signs.Most of them were accompanied by peripheral nerve injury and autonomic nerve injury.Conclusions The examinations of electrophysiology could play an important role in the diagnosis of subacute combined degeneration.Somatosensory evoked potentials had high sensitivity and magnetic resoname imaging had no specific changes in the spinal cords.
