摘要
文章通过对人力资源与生态环境的可持续发展、经济的可持续发展和社会的可持续发展的关系研究 ,指出中国人力资源的可持续发展是实现生态文明的必然选择。笔者通过对我国现阶段人力资源的可持续发展存在的问题剖析 ,提出了具体的对策和建议。
The article is mainly concerned with analysing the relationships between sustainable development of human resource and sustainable development of ecological environment and social economy.The author points out that sustainable development of human resource in China is the certain choice to realize the ecological civilization.Finally,the author comes up with concrete suggestions and policies by analysing the problems which has existed in sustainable development of human resource at present.
